At the onset of the pandemic in 2020 I took an online workshop in paper cutting with Beatriz Caron. I spent the next few months with blade in hand, exploring this new craft. All of these paper cuts were made from discarded pieces of black Arches paper. They are mounted on Montival paper about 1/4" away from the paper so that they cast shadows.
